The Dubai Police General HQ added another certificate to its record of achievements by securing ISO 18295-1:2017 (Call Center Management System) Certification, making them the first police institution in the UAE to receive this accolade.
The Dubai Police’s non-emergency hotline 901 received 121,785 calls during the third quarter of this year. Of them, 78,423 calls were answered within 20 seconds.
